Default Seats and Steering Wheel Stay Where They are When Key is Removed

My wife used the Jag on Saturday and since then, the drivers seat and steering wheel remain where they are when the key is removed. There are serious adjustment differences between us so she has set Mem2 for herself and uses it when she is driving. Both memory settings work correctly but the settings remain where they are when the engine is shut off and the key removed. I am 6' and the additional room afforded with the seat back and the steering wheel up makes ingress and egress much easier. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Make sure the steering control/pedal adjustment knob on the left side of the steering column is set to auto.

Thanks Kthrash and Brutal, the knob was not in the auto position and now everything is back to normal. I guess it will be Avalon heaven for Lorraine.

My seat does seem to move when I remove the key, but it is a very slight movement - almost as if the enrty/exit position is right where I need the seat to be. There is much more movement backwards that I would like to take advantage of on entry/exit. Is there a way to set the entry/exit position yourself?

JackJohn - BTW, I also replaced an Avalon (2001) with my Jag. The Avalon (still running great will goto the kids now...).
