Secondary timing tensioners

If anyone in the future is looking for this information I figured it out on my own. As you can see, the responses to this were overwhelming.
Take valve covers off.
set timing to TDC.
wire tie the cam chain to the intake sprocket.
loosen bolts that hold the exhaust cam down.
pry cam up to loosen.
loosen tensioner bolts and remove.
remove tensioner.
reverse steps after new tensioner is installed.

Or 'so it seems' off the back of (still) limited information?
Not to forget.. MOST images on this website can not be viewed by folks not members of the service that hosts them.
All we 'common folk' see is a blur.
Meaning we have to guess, based off whatever is said in the TEXT.
Dif'rent animals. Dif'rent location. Dif'rent service methodology.

"To be fair..." seems as if you sought info about the timing chain tensioners.. when it NOW appears that you really meant the Exhaust-cam-only portion of the variable valve timing sprocket assembly 'family'.

Actually no. I was asking about the secondary chain that wraps around the cam sprockets on the heads. Both the cams. Meaning the intake AND the exhaust. There is a tensioner right between those sprockets. Nobody responded, asked for clarity or even guessed. Like I said, I figured it out on my own. I responded to my own inquiry for the benefit of future searchers. Your response, is flutter, incorrect and completely unhelpful. Where does there exist an exhaust cam only chain? The intake and exhaust cams are timed(with a chain). Let’s get it together man.
What motor are you dealing with?
