Default Seriously, I Love This Car!

My last car wasn't exactly a piece if crap, but I am so happy to be back in a Jag! My Landy is happy to have her in the garage too!
The stupid Mercedes always gave her crap about parts falling off....

Very, very, nice ! There aren't a lot of white ones around.

My last Jaguar before my X350 was an XJ6 Series 3 in Arctic White. No air con, it cost too much in those days, (it was an option), but car kept cool in summer, although as you'll know, our English summers are not too hot !

Yeah, the color really caught my attention. It standard out from the crowd. I believe they call it onyx white for this one.

It's actually porcelain white. The interior is champagne with mocha trim. What year is it, how many miles and what did you pay?

It's an 04 with 60k miles. I paid 12 and they put brand new mxm4 tires on, serviced it and updated the gps.

I forgot how well these cats cruise. I was in the highway earlier, just cruising along, looked down and was doing 95. Gotta pay more attention to that. And, the radar detector is supposed to be here tomorrow.
had an older beltronics remote setup in the Mercedes that was totaled. Going with a 8500x50 and the android escort live setup in this.

I feel the same way. I just love getting in the Jag - to go anywhere! I'm often tempted to add 30 miles to whatever trip I'm taking just to drive it. I'm not alone apparently!

The white on the earlier cars is actually called Onyx.

It is hard to tell from the photo but the leather is almost light enough to be ivory as the champagne in mine looks a lot yellower.

I LOVE the pic at the dealer. It's the only Jag in the Jaguar lot! Beautiful car. When I was shopping for one, I was open to white. Welcome to the forum.

Yup, onyx white is the color. The leather is not as light as the pictures indicate. Id buy that its champagne. Drove almost 300 miles yesterday and enjoyed every one. The detector arrive this am, now I have to figure out how to work it.

Still loving this car, just did my first oil change. Once past the stupid undertray, it was quick and easy.

I have mine done at every 10,000 KM for the warranty, the mechanics now wire tie it on because most of the nuts are shot. Congrats on your purchase.

Great idea on the "wire ties". I may go one better next time I take my tray off and just use plastic "zip ties". Then, next time I need to remove it after that, I will be able to simply use diagonals to cut them off, snip snip, and my tray will drop.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the function of the tray, it was just a pain to get off......Hmmm, zip ties sounds like a good idea.
