Hello,
i own a 2005 jag super v8, all is fine but recently have noticed that when i apply brakes at medium TO HIGH speed the steering wheel shakes. let me say also that when i apply brakes there is no pulsating on brake pedal. brake pads were changed last march 2008. and done less than 4000 km since. what do you guys think it is ? i still have 4 months warranty left.
like i said when drivingat low or high sppeds there is absolutely no vibbration on steering wheel, only during braking.
please advise
thanx
LUIGI

The new pads you got were of a lower quality that is depositing material at high temps on your rotor and causing the brakes to pulse as the pads hit the stuff. I suggest throwing away those pads and getting better ones and either turning the rotors or replacing them. Many folks think the rotors are warped, but they are not, they just have lumps on them.
