Just noticed the Wiper Blades appear to have the washer fluid hoses attached to the blade itself. I assume you have to be pretty careful disconnecting the hoses, hate for them to crack. So I guess you have to get these from a Jaguar dealer or other Parts store that carry Jaguar parts? In other words you can not get replacement wiper blades at typical parts store?
Used Trico 15-240 for the 24" and Trico 15-190 for the 19" that you can pick up at AutoZone, O'Reilly or your favorite auto parts store. I moved over the wiper fluid nozzles from the old blades to the new ones. That was a little over a year ago and 10K miles ago. It's been working fine.
There's also not a lot of room to change these blades? Do you change it with the hood down or the hood up? Other foreign cars like the Mercedes have plenty room to lift the blade up while the hood is down at least in older models. (Nevermind, I was able to detach with the hood down)

I got the blade detached to look further and these wiper fluid nozzles are like molded or built into the blade itself so I don't see how you could remove them on original Jaguar blades? Or could yours already had the adaptor kit on your old blades you were replacing and you moved the adaptor kit over to the new blades?
The little rubber tubes for the washers that connect to the wiper arms are very flexible, and I have never had any trouble taking them off, or putting them back on. In addition, wiper arms with these built-in washer jets are freely available from suppliers, and there is more than one manufacturer too.
The only PITA is swapping them out, as Jaguar designers made a bit of a boo-boo and the arms cannot be pulled up more than about 2". However, once I got the hang of it, I had no more trouble. One doesn't have to take the whole arm off, but it's still a bit fiddly.
Maybe this is the Owner Initiative Test that all Jaguar owners have to pass on this particular model. I'm sure there are tests of a different nature on the other models.

One option is to simply order the Trico refills. You only need to compress a clip on the current wipers, with a pair of pliers, to slide the blade out. Then slide the refill in. Takes about 10 minutes and you don't have to futz with the washers at all.
I bought mine off Amazon and got free shipping with an Amazon Prime order:
Good luck at the auto parts store, as the dufus at the counter will tell you "Uh my computer says that's not the correct part for your car" Tell him "just order the damn things"
The trico numbers in this post are spot on.

You could try the Bosch ar608s Aerotwin set which are the new style wipers- They are easy to fit and come with the nozzle attached- If you have to swap the nozzles to the other side just give the a tap with a small hammer and refit on the opposing side -I found it easier to fit with the bonnet up
It seems that we can't get the aerotwins on this side of the pond. I've searched. Has anyone over here found them within the US? I could probally just order them from amazon UK or such.

Reminded by this thread, I have just fitted AeroTwins to the SV8:
Before:
After:
Looks better (to me) and modern, based on having them on the old car, they should perform good. Installation took 30mins, mainly because one arm was a faff to unclip.
Swapped the washer jets from LHD to RHD beforehand.
How does the water come out of these type of nozzles? Does water just barely come out? Not too much water comes out of mine and I was just wondering is this how they are supposed to work or is something wrong with my winshld wiper system?
I've just fitted Bosch Aerotwins (AR 608S) to both wiper arms. £19.50 (reserve online) from the local Eurocarparts. The MOT was due and the top end of the longer blade was splitting away from the backing.
Took 10 to 15 minutes because I had to work out how to swap the nozzle (without breaking it) over on the first; then 5 mins to do the second. This only applies in the UK, RoI, SA, NZ, Aus, Japan etc; forget it if you drive on the right and have a LHD car.
The Bosch nozzles seem to give slightly less water than the old ones, but not so much less that it's a problem.
Both new blades (all plastic) are disinctly lighter than the old ones (which are metal), the longer one especially so as it has an anti-lift blade attached to it. To my mind lighter blades mean less stress on the wiper motor/gearing so unless I have problems with the blades lifting off at speed I'll stick with these Bosch ones.
