Default Stick on Stainless Steel...2004 XJR

I have added the rockers, mirrors, pillars, head lamps, fog, marker light, factory chrome grill, rear trunk plinth(chrome trunk jag emblem). The wheels were there when I bought it.Not really my choice. Some people say they like the stealth look.I think it because they have no choice.Car companies are too cheap to add chrome. You may not realize that I have an XJR until I press on the gas.
Take care,Dave
I put four flash units inside for the photo.

I think it looks great. You have several parts I have considered, but not purchased yet. I would like see your car in person. What part of Ohio are you in?

I'm in Greenfield......south of Washington Courthouse. The silver makes the chrome a little more subtle. If it were red or black,it would sure stand out.maybe we could meet someday.Take care,Dave

I think your car looks good, and with the chrome wheels, the look works. A large part of the reason I bought an "R", however, was the lack of chrome. The only chrome my car has on it are the chrome trim strips on the bumpers. All of this of course is personal taste. I had plenty of opportunity to buy a Super. In fact, my name on this forum, "SuperTrav", was chosen because I was so sure I would end up buying a Super. But I went to spend time with a couple in the flesh, and liked them much less than the "R's", because of the added chrome. I also ended up liking the SWB look of the "R" much better.

Part of all of this is the stealth look. My car really seems to sneak under the radar of immediate attention grabbing among onlookers. I LOVE that about my car. It's subtle, sedate, and stealthy. A prowler. But hey, to each his own. As long as you love your car, that's all that matters.

From one chrome (SS) guy to another, looks fantastic! What a great looking vehicle.

Thanks for posting.

I live in Columbus. I drive to Wilmington 6 times a year for the OGCA show there. Maybe we could meet for lunch one day at Werner's BBQ in Jeffersonville. Good food and pretty Jags, what's not to like?

I like the elegance of the chrome on the VDP and Super's. Never really cared for the painted trim on a luxury sedan.

Wow that is really beautiful. My car color is white, but I was really wanting to redo the paint in silver... my interior is the same. Again, perfect jag you have.
