They are toward the far back of the assembly. You can just see them. The drain tube exits in the right and left fender wells, if I recall. You can usually clear them with detergent (from the top down) followed with compressed air into the fender well drain tubes.
Caution! Too much air into a stopped up drain tube can cause the tube to blow off the nipple up at the roof assembly and then you got real problems.
Ugh, I guess I have to replace my vehicles with white cane and a dog! Still can't find the stupid things! Are they out in the open like the front holes? Where do they drain to? I've tested the front ones and they drained behind the front wheels like they're supposed to.

Drain is shown on left of photo, at notch in heat shield. Muffler is at the bottom of the photo. The fender liner was removed to obtain this photo. It is not necessary to remove anything other than the wheel. Feel for the heat shield notch, then the outlet. Place your 1-1/2" vac hose over the drain, pressing the hose end against the panel, inside the notch.

The Jaguar design folks apparently located the sunroof drain outlet above the muffler to mitigate ice blockage.
Great idea. However, there is a 90 degree turn just prior to the outlet. Also, during hot weather, heat may bake the accumulated dust to a brick-like consistency.
In extreme cases, it may be necessary to use a welding tip cleaner or small, stiff wire to clear the outlet in addition to soapy water vacuum flushing.
