Default Suspension Height Problem - One shock too high

Hey there, I have a 2004 VDP 113k and the passenger rear of the car is not balancing out properly. Its slightly high and the other 3 heights seem fine. Occasionally it will level out but soon will return to the higher position. Is it as simple as to change the height sensor? Or will it have to be changed, and re-calibrated @the dealer.

I have attached pics of the front wheel (which I think is good height) and the high rear wheel.

Thanks in advance!
