Great info oldmots, but I have already changed the shocks. I will raise the vehicle and disconnect battery to see if that will help the car rise

Sorry guys, I have been in Mexico City last couple of months. I just got back and resumed working on my Jag. I took it back to the dealer and OLDMOTS was correct, it was in the wrong mode. They adjusted the mode (don't know how) but car finally raised.
