IF YOU READ MY POST EARLIER I TOLD YOU A DYNO DYNAMICS DYNO AND MUSTANGS ARE LOWER. BUT THEYRE MORE REALISTIC, THE MAIN THING TO REMEMBER IS A DYNO IS VERY INFLUENCED BY NUMBERS(CREECTION FACTORS) ENTERED BY OPERATOR, AND THEYRE A TUNING AND MOD TOOL. YOU SHOULD ONLY REALLY USE TO BASELINE A BEFORE THEN DO MODS AND OR TUNE AND SEE WHAT THE IMPROVEMENT IS. I CAN GO DYNO ON THE SAME DYNO DIFFERENT DAYS, AND HAVE VERY DIFFERENT NUMBERS. I ALSO HAVE SEEN TESTING DONE AT MY FRIENDS SHOP AROUND THE CORNER(ENGINE LOGICS IN HOUSTON) AND WATCH BOLT ON MODS COST HP. sO ITS ALWAYS IMPORTANT TO DO BASELINES. I THINK YOUR NUMBER ON A DYNAMICS DYNO ARE REALLY GOOD CONSIDERING IM PUSHING 308RWHP OUT OF A SUPERCHARGED 4.0L V6 IN MY NISSAN TRUCK WITH TUNING AND 7PSI BOOST. SAME CONFIGUATION OF 4 CAMS, 4 VALVE AND VVT'S, AND THAT WAS ON A DYNO JET. ALTHOUGH AFTER I GET THE ENGINE BACK IN WITH PORTED HEADS, BIGGER CAMS, 12 PSI BOOST, CUSTOM CATS, HEADERS AND FULL CUSTOM STAINLESS EXHAUST AND METHANOL INJECTION IT WITH BE ALOT HIGHER THAN THAT.
ON THE HEAT SOAK ISSUE, TAKE THE INTERCOOLAER SYSTEM OUT OF THE ENGINES COOLANT LOOP, LARGER INTERCOOLER RADIATOR AND HI FLOW PUMP USEING WATER WETTER, AND A FABBED RESERVOIR AS WELL

Yeah the best thing to do would be separate the engine coolant and the air to water intercooler circuits. That way you could run a water reservoir in the trunk and fill it up with ice before a race or dyno run.. Also the heat exchanger (radiator) for the stock air to water setup is very small and you can buy a larger one on ebay. To get the water back and forth to the reservoir in the trunk you can use a factory coolant pump from a Cobra or Lightning. That will help with the heat soak a lot. That's how I was running the IC setup in my Duster for a while until it leaked water in front of my tires during a run and gave me a pretty good scare.

How long did you let your car cool down for before you dyno'd it?
