Thermostat Housing Seal
Apparantly, I have the wrong nomenclature or ?
URO NCA2269CA (Water Outlet D - Ring) is not what I should have ordered for the thermostat housing seals. The smaller one pictured is the one I removed & the larger is what I ordered.
Question: I think the ring I have is for the larger pipe coming out of the block behind the thermostat housing, Since I didn't remove said pipe, I was not going to replace the ring. Since I have 2 rings, would you recommend that I remove said larger oriface and replace the ring. I think the answer is no, but what say thee?
Thanks and best,
Steve S.

OOPS! Take That Back
I believe the larger seal that I have actually goes to the piping that attaches right next to the thermostat. I replaced the thermostat some 40,000 miles ago and I see no reason to rplace it again. So, I will keep the extra seals just in case I do have to replace it later.

Here is a pic of the parts I ordered, and I got one large and one small ring, the small one for the thermostat.

Hi Steve,
I was mainly informed by the parts list on the famous 'Into the valley they ride' post. There is a parts list on there that I followed, and it all worked for me.
I have copied it in here, and as always, many thanks to the original poster of this. He may never know how many people he has helped.Parts List

AJ89746 This is the main failure item Cooling hose to TB 1
The following items were changed as I was in there. The SC inlet and outlet seals are rubber and looked and felt OK, but it is recommended to change them if it is in your budget.

AJ811758 Coolant hose EGR to throttle body 1
C2C18160 Intercooler inlet cooling hose 1
C2C18181 Intercooler return hose 1
C2C11477 Thermostat tower O-ring seal 2
AJ86892 SC to IC duct seal 2
NCC7735BA SC outlet seal 1
AJ83292 Induction body to SC Gasket 1
AJ83445 Throttle Body Gasket 1
AJ82340 EGR tube to manifold gasket 1
AJ88560 EGR Valve gasket to throttle body 1

Thanks, Pete. I compared and consolidated several lists which, I think, included the one you mentioned. I have 14 coolant hoses on their way from Harper & they kindly verified all with VIN.
I'm sure there will be further questions, etc.
I need to research on this forum, but, I believe it was the throttle body that had a couple of smaller hoses that had the PEX clamps. I imagine that these PEX clamps will have to be attached before I install the throttle body because the tool used for connecting looks formidable, but that is a subject for another day.
Carpe diem,
Steve S.
