If you've got plenty of time and not a stress person and don't mind frustration sounds great

Owned my X350 since 13 and spent $1900 because some moron decided to jump start the motor and fried the electric's while it was in storage from 2016 to 2019

Picked it up late 2019 it spent from 9/01/2021 till the 15th may 21 waiting for parts and diagnosis lucky my Indy is a legend he charged me $1100 for all the labour while it took up space while I sourced part's

The $2500 price is tempting
Caveat emptor

I'd buy it for parts lol

Idk where you're situated, but this example happened to be nearby when I checked FB Marketplace. 2005 XJ8-L for $5,500 in seemingly decent condition. I bought a cheap Jag... It's been quite expensive!

Very clean! I have been keeping my eye open for an XJR.

Thank you for those examples!

I like the 01 VDP for a thousand dollars. Quite different cars, but I have one of each and I wouldn't want to be without either one. 2 Jags make you an enthusiast!
