Default Tire Pressure System Fault on Dash

Hi All,

I recently had an issue with my 2008 Jaguar XJR where the front right fender liner came off while driving on a highway and along with it front bumper valence panel. I could not locate the parts as it was 4:30 AM in the morning and I didn't want to keep looking out on a highway. However, when I came home I saw that these 2 parts are missing and a dash warning showed up "Tire Pressure System Fault"
I ordered the following parts from e-bay but forgot to order the bolts, retainer and Nuts that go along with it.
C2C36991 - Fender Inner Liner Splash Cover
C2C35762
- Front Bumper Valance Panel Cover

When I searched I found the following parts which go along with the parts above. (Are there any alternative parts for below?)

C2C3563 (Bolt )
C2C3564 - (
RIVET. LINER. CLIP. RETAINER.)
XR87606 (NUT. SHIELD. SPLASH)

Can anyone tell me where this part goes or where I can get a replacement? Also, I would appreciate it if anyone has replaced the fender liner and valence panel recently who can guide me install it along with the parts listed above, do I need to get anything additionally?

See the sensor which was detached when the fender liner came off my right side wheel. This is causing the Tire Pressure System Fault on dash

Following are the error codes (see screenshots below) I see on my OBD code reader since the cable shown above is detached.
C1A59
C1A64
U0164
U2518

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Subbu

Update - I have replaced the fender liner along with installing a new valence panel. But even after replacing both of them the warning on the dash did not disappear. It still shows "Tire Pressure system Fault". Recently I noticed one thing, I did not drive the car for a month and the tire pressure was low, but surprisingly it showed that the tire pressure is low on Front Left (driver side), Rear Left and Rear Right but did not show any warning for tire pressure on the Front right which makes me believe that the problem is on the front passenger side (where I replaced the fender liner).

I need help with identifying which of these parts I need to order from Jaguar. As you could see from the picture before the fender liner was ripped off, I could see one part hanging. Not sure if that's the bracket or anything else.
