Too much suspension!

Default Too much suspension!
I have two problems! One my suspension is all the way up.
An uncommon problem! It's as hard as a rock.
The other is an extremely annoying rattle on B roads, fine on smooth. I think it's from the front right but I'm not good at picking these things up.
