Default Unable to apply parking brake..

2006 XJ Sovereign Diesel X350

Yesterday all day I got a red flashing parking brake symbol and "unable to apply parking brake" signal. Haven't seen the car yet today.

Anyone any ideas what is going on?

Most likely a low or failing battery.

ACEBARS,
I think it's in your owner. In mine, it's on page 142. It's the very last sentence under 'Caution".

It may just need resetting.
