Uprated Anti Roll Bar

At least on the XF the amount of work required (remove front subframe, mount the engine, and remove rear exhaust) makes this upgrade imho very cost ineffective way to improve handling. You looking at 8-10 hrs of labor just to do the work. Unless you are already in the vicinity bc of another issue. I ask; why bother?

Personally, I wouldn't do just the sway bars by themselves unless there was something wrong with them and they needed replacement. I'd do it along with shocks/springs and poly bushings. Better to do everything all at once. Only changing one part of the suspension at a time is always going to be less cost effective, just like anything else

Sorry I can't tell you how long it took and what it entailed as it was all done by my workshop, but you won't regret it as it really cuts the body roll which the non-active aftermarket shock absorbers greatly increase. It's much more exaggerated compared to the original sports air-shocks.

Unfortunately I can't seem to find any of the e-bay ads for the uprated ARB now either. They were still available 1-2 years ago from Korea.

A few years ago I noticed that all of the listings were coming from the same Parts Combined seller on eBay. They even had klfong's install pictures, and the parts are still from Korea
