Default URO Parts - Engine Mounts Purchased

Hello Everyone,

Finally purchased the mounts last night and I now prepare to replace the sway bar bushings as well control arm links (Lemforder). Has anyone replaced their engine mounts with the below? And if so, thoughts??

Parts Ordered
2008 Jaguar Vanden Plas Engine Mount Price:$119.73 Qty: 2 Part #: C2C31128

My experience is URO is substandard. Every URO part I have purchased has prematurely failed. Just my experience. I would never put a URO part in an area that is not easy to swap out. Spend the money and buy OEM, or if you can cross reference an actual Ford part those are usually the same. It is not worth the labor to go cheap on suspension parts even if you like doing it twice.

Thanks kg74, appreciate the input. I did a lot of reading and there a a few members that have the used the URO brand mounts and haven’t had a problem. Since mine are already purchased I’m gonna give it a go and I’ll keep you posted. My service tech is highly reasonable in the labor and current mounts need replacing ASAP.

Ditto KG74, to the letter
(Modern motor mounts are highly engineered devices, carefully tuned to deliver NVH specs. URO stuff consists of cheap Chinese knockoffs which look sorta' right to the untrained eye. OK for used car dealers and teenagers...)

Let us know how they workout.
I also have not had much luck with URO either.

Agree 1,000% URO parts are the worst, period.
