hey everybody, some way some how my 04 xj8 is in valet mode can anybody tell me how to fix this owners manuel in glove box .

 

I believe it is as simple as restarting the car with the regular key. The green (valet) key will not disable valet mode.

 

According to my handbook it says "To cancel valet mode, operate the key transmitter unlock button,or, manually unlock the luggage compartment with the key transmitter using the using the luggage compartment release key lock".

 

If you don't have a key fob remote open the trunk with the key. That should deactivate it.
