Looking for some direction to troubleshoot the following issue:

My front AC unit does NOT blow cold air, even at top fan speed. My rear unit does blow cold air and varies with fan speed.
My front unit does exit cool air, but it is as if the fan is not on, even with the speed at it's top level. It takes quite a long time to cool my car. I've verified that the fuse is ok.

Any ideas prior to my contacting the dealer. I don't think it's a condenser issue, as my rear unit functions completely normally. The issue is the front unit.
