You made me go look the third time, but this time I had my somewhat uncomfortable prescription shop safety glasses (tri's) on.

I had some sweating on the inter-cooler hoses so I was checking the overflow tank for cracks then ran into this. The hose that is leaking is the hose that comes from the thermostat house nipple to the heater tubing running down the RH side of the car. Previously noted and parts are on hand so I'll change it after dinner. Less concerning but almost expensive is a drip from the thermostat to the inlet adapter. 1 drop/min under 10 psi not a major leak but it needs some attention.

yes I agree you can see a small stream coming out of that larger hose right next to the clamp that's a easy fix but I think I would go over board and replace all coolant hoses.

I've had three leak problems in the cooling system of my wife's 2004 XJ8. The first was the hose nipple on the expansion tank broke off, temporary repair with epoxy and a hose nipple and later I replaced the tank. The water pump developed a leak about three years ago, and the latest was the thermostat housing developed a crack. Bought a new thermostat housing but haven't installed it yet because my repair with fiberglass cloth and epoxy is holding up. When I replaced the water pump, I found it interesting that my car used the same pump as the newer two seat Thunderbirds and V8 Lincoln LS models. I suppose that was the reason the price was reasonable.
