Default Water Leak Under the X358

So I took my jag in for an oil change yesterday. Today, I noticed a more than usual amount of water leaking out from the front end undercarriage and some from the fog light area.did my mechanic pinch an AC drain line when he put the undercover back on? It is water, room temp, no stickiness or odor.
Help?

Don't know which of your jags has the leak, but on mine the washer bottle for the headlamp and screen wash is located in front the right wheel. My headlamp washer system sprang a leak in the pipework which resulted in a pool of water from the area you describe. If its not coolant then that's all it can be? The AC drain from the evaporator is located underneath the transmission tunnel, a good bit away from the area you describe

Hey Paddy,
You’re spot on! It was my windshield washer reservoir that leaked out. I only figured it out because my fluid low sensor light came on. I drove it all week without refilling it and finally put a pitcher’s worth of water in it today. Drove it around and so far there is no leak. I’m a little confused about that but I’ll be monitoring it this week.

How do I access the reservoir itself if it’s by the wheel? The pour spout is accessible from the bonnet near the firewall but no reservoir or hoses visible right away to inspect, easily at least.

Lets see what happens this week! 🤞🏼

You need to go in through the wheel arch to get access to the washer bottle.

I think that the washer bottle moved position from the X350 to the X358. If the original posters has a leak in his X358 then I think the washer bottle is not in front of the wheel but at the firewall.
The leak could be in the pipework to the headlamp washers if you have them. To get at that its a front bumper off job. There will be a connection to the pipework which is attached to the back of the bumper. Not sure where this is in an X358, but likely to be in front of one of the front wheels which will require removal of the wheel and wheel arch liner to get at it. Make sure you disconnect the pipework before pulling off the bumper.

You must have activated auto repair. I have several things with this feature but I am never sure what it is I do to activate it. I get this at work as well.
