Default water pump
hello again,

is my new beck/arnley water pump suppose to have an O ring ?
it came with a metal seal ? do i use an rtv on this metal gasket ?

all input is appreciated

Does the metal gasket have a silicone bead on both sides?

No sealant used on either of mine, they came with the rubber & metal gasket

no, just an all metal gasket with an embossed ring stamped into the metal

Do not use any type of sealant. Fill the cooling system with DEXCOOL and follow bleed procedure in the Workshop Manual.
