Default Weird oil leak - help identify the part?

Hi all, My 2003 XJ8 (X350) has just arrived from Japan a couple of weeks ago. While I was at the shop trying to get the air suspension operational, I noticed the oil leak in the middle of the car (see attached files 1, 2), but I have trouble finding out where the oil would come from. I looked through JTIS without any luck, and closest I could find was the transmission mount, but if that is the case where the oil would come from?

Any help would be appreciated!

From the photos, the leak being behind the transmission and the trans pan itself being dry, I don't think that's engine oil being blown back that far. Trans connector seal leaks usually cover the entire trans pan with oil as well (and a clear oil, not black).

Looks to me like that rear transmission mount is the source--I'd venture a guess that it's a hydraulic mount and that has leaked its oil. Both of the engine mounts are hydraulic and can leak when they fail.

Thanks for your input Michael! That was my thought process as well, I was just confused because I couldn't find the part anywhere online. Do you suppose it would be possible to replace a hydraulic mount with this one? It sure doesn't look like it's hydraulic, so I'm not sure if it would be compatible.
