So Im back, with my newly acquired 06 XJR. I had been looking for a car for the wife and finances changed so I had to shelve the 2011-12 XJ model for a year or so. Saw a nice 09 XF Supercharged and went to look at it, nice car but with 80K and curb rashed wheels, HI car but had been in AZ since 12. The liquid silver and black interior while nice was just.... eh, to me.


So then I spot a Radiance Red 06 R and well.... she followed me home. AZ car its whole life, no curb rash (and not refinished by the dealer) plus only 60K on her. Runs and drives great but... you can hear the engine a little more than the 2005 XJ I had. Maybe its the supercharged motor I don't know but we can discuss that later.


So now I get the Jag (instead of her) and she gets the RR.

Anyway, I had been biding my time to get another Jag and this will fit the bill for a while. I love the beige, piped in dk red interior and I have a thing for this color anyway.


Well just wanted to make my presence known again.

That's a stunning Jag and I love the color - it's similar to the Metallic Flamenco Red on our old '93 VDP.

We'll look forward to more photos - I'd love to see that interior!
