I just replaced my front & back rotors and brake pads on my 2004 XJ8 VDP. The old rotors are actually barely worn, but since I bought new ones I went ahead and put them on. The old ones only have 89,000 miles on them.

I also have old water pumps off my Impala and Mustang. What options do I have for getting rid of all my old/used heavy metal parts besides just throwing them in the trash?

Old Rotors make great hose reel holders in the shed
Just bolt them to the wall using the stud holes
