Default Wheel Jack Spanner

My X350 came to me sans a wheel jack spanner. As I replaced the nuts with the Toyota nuts I bought a spanner from a wreckers yard to fit the new nuts. However I could not see where the original jack would have been stored. I cut a piece out of the Styrofoam to hold it. Just curious where the correct location is.

Does it slide in the end of the styrofoam?

This illustration is from the Owner's Handbook.

There is no hole in the Styrofoam where the diagram indicates.
