Where do Sunroof Drain Tubes on X-350 exit under car?

So, I reinstalled the ECM, Hooked up the connectors, which were cleaned with the QD Electronic Cleaner, hooked up the battery and plugged in my Actron CP9125 code reader, turned on the key and got the following 12 codes:
U0104
U0103
U0415
P0232
P0504
P0500
P0036
P0056
U0104(again)
U0164
U0103(again)
U10121
I erased these codes but as soon as I turned on the key the codes came back.

I should have mentioned that I still had the red and yellow caution lights and the scrolling error messages.
As for the original wet carpet, all that is left is to run water down the right front sunroof drain. Not high priority at the moment.
I suppose it is conceivable that the ECM shorted out, but why out of the blue days after the heavy rain?
Is there a place I can send the ECM to have it tested?

UXXXX codes would not originate from the ECM but elsewhere and wouldn't be the cause of error messages on your display.

As far as I can tell, while all of these codes were used by Ford, none was implemented by Jaguar on the X350, at least as of the 2004 Diagnostic Trouble Code Summaries guide, which I am attaching, along with a Ford DTC guide.
It is possible that the Actron does not recognize some proprietary Jaguar DTCs and is substituting its best guesses.
The fact that these codes all recurred immediately after being cleared makes me wonder if something is disconnected, either at the ECM, the Instrument Cluster (IC) or at some other important point.
Cheers,
Don

For cleaning the front drains I could not get the weed whacked down. Ordered some 1/8” nylon tubing and connected to the mighty Miteyvac. Vacuumed down. Sucked some junk out of the lines. Then flushed.
Got the stiff nylon tubing from Amazon. Has a 1/16” ID. It allowed pulling crap out instead of pushing out. Mine was live oak pollen brackets.

Here is the photo of the under dash where the ECM mounts before it was reinstalled. Not sure where the water in the footwell originated, but considering how hard it rained and all the debris removed I am sure the drains were overwhelmed.
The wiring from the engine bay harnesses are exposed where the wiring enters the weather tight fittings. I cleaned both with the QD cleaner before I reassembled everything. I will read the codes with my iCarsoft to see how it differs from the Actron readings.

I connected my iCarsoft i930 and got the following codes:
P0031
P0051
P0036
P0056
P0232
U0164
U0103
U0121
U0155

U2522
C1924
U2510
Parking Brake Control
C1D14
C1D15
U0101
U0121
U0401
The ABS Module did not give a numeric code, but also would not clear.
All other codes were cleared, but it all started again as soon as the key was turned on again.
Don B;
Since we have not found evidence of water staining at the ECM, should I move the discussion back to the other thread discussing the ECM?

Have you checked the DTCs pulled by the iCarsoft in the Jaguar X350 DTC Summaries guide to see if you find them there?
Cheers,
Don
