it is inside the rear electronics control module ,(RECM) Its more likely to be a failed pump .the pumps tend to fail first .
just check for voltage at the pump terminals .

Any fault codes? You need the fault codes before "hacking" at possibilities.

What voltage does the battery show across terminals? How old is the battery?

12.81 is good so battery itself looks like it is ruled out.

Have you tries a hard reset? Long shot but worth a try.

You touch the battery cables together for about 20 seconds AFTER disconnecting them.

It resets many components. It will be interesting to see whether it makes a difference even if it is short term.

I do not know hopefully some one else will chime in. It has to be listed I would think in the JTIS manual.

I would look at seeing what the fuel pressure is in the fuel rails next if I were tackling this.

There are MANY more related codes so you really need to get codes read. Even buy a code reader yourself to do this.

I use iCarsoft i930 for Jaguar however a cheap ODBII reader would probably pick up these types of faults

P0300 Misfires
ECM to ignition coil primary
circuit fault (cylinder misfire
detected DTC also flagged)
Ignition coil failure
Spark plug
failure/fouled/incorrect gap
Fuel injector circuit fault(s)
(injector DTCs also flagged).
Fuel delivery pressure high/low
Fuel injectors restricted/leaking
Fuel injectors continuously
open
Fuel contamination
Worn camshaft/broken valve
springs

P01901 fault
Fuel filter/system restriction
Fuel system leak
Incorrect fuel pump output
FRP sensor to ECM sensing
circuit; high resistance,
open circuit, short circuit to
high voltage
FRP sensor to splice in sensor
supply circuit; high
resistance, open circuit
FRP sensor to splice in sensor
ground circuit; high
resistance, open circuit,
short circuit to ground,
short circuit to high voltage
FRP sensor failure

I got a new pump as well, It was working fine after installing it and bleeding the shrader valve. Ran for a good 2 hours. Then, The next day, Nothing! The new pump seems like it has no power. And the pressure is 0! I've checked everything, I can't figure it out. Do keep in mind, I also changed out the security module as well. But, It's a match and proper replacement for mine, Made sure, Everything that had issues works fine now, Locks, lights , etc. The old was water damaged badly!

Anyway, I'm at a loss here.

Check fuel pump fuse in trunk.. I don't recall the exact location but it clearly identified in owner manual. I remembered it was a yellow fuse.

Also, please don't use cheap Chinese made fuel pump from Ebay.

Well, Found out something new the other day. Took the pumps top half off the tank, Checked the actual pump its self, To find the ground wire I suppose, next to the white wire on the pumps connection in the harness was just dangling there. It apparently was so worn it just slide out like it was nothing! Seemed corroded some.

So, After pushing it back into the pump, The pump would turn on, But it clicks, not hums or runs any. So, I'm assuming the link fuse in that line is shot?

Its a new pump! So it has to be the only thing stopping it! The pump does spark some on that worn wire if pressed in, so it gets juice just nothing to get it going.
