Default X350 4.2 2004

Hi
Where would I go to find a fault when the height adjustment of the headrest on the driver's side seat does not work. You can hear a click under the bench when you push the knob either down or up. The height adjustment of the headrest of the passenger side seat works flawlessly.

Best regards
Pekka

I'd start from SDD check:
1. Faults check/erase
2. Driver seat adaptation procedure

Couldn't you put something at least slightly descriptive of your issue in the title?

"ALL threads here are to do with the X350" ??? Cheers

My headrests can sometimes get stuck in the lowest position. If you push up while actuating the switch in the upward direction they will re-engage and work fine. Maybe this is all that is wrong with yours.

Now the headrest started working intermittently. That is, when the headrest is in the middle position and I try to put the headrest down, and I press the button, the headrest moves intermittently. Pressing the button is of no use if you press it continuously. The headrest only moves up or down intermittently. Is there a problem with the headrest motor or is it possibly worn out?

Some resistance in the movement might be the cause
