Not sure exactly what inputs the fan recieves, but that is the control unit integrated into the back of the fan.

We sell the complete Genuine Assembly for $410.31

connector on the right are 2 powers..1 for fan, 1 for module
connector on the left are - 1 ground (green and brown)
- 1 PWM from ecm to module

sorry i double checked the wiring dia..
right: connectors in pic. big wires
green/brown -ground
brown/green - power

left: small
white and blue pwm from ecm -COOLING FAN MODULE CONTROL: PWM, 140Hz, POSITIVE DUTY CYCLE RANGE 7% – 95%
green and blue -power
