X350 HID conversion

I have searched the forums ad nauseum and have not been able to find anyone who has converted the factory halogens in an 04-07 XJ to HID, either by OEM or aftermarket kit. Tons upon tons of XType, Stype, and X308 owners have done it, but no X350! Is it possible? Can anyone recommend an aftermarket kit?

FYI for anyone interested in doing this conversion, I ordered a 6000k kit from HIDextra.com and its better than expected. No modification was required. I simply removed the halogen bulb, connected the HID/ballasts as per the included instructions, and suddenly I was blinded by xenon light!
The HID bulb fits perfectly and snugly into the H7 reflector housing with just a bit of adjustment, and there's a clean cutoff provided by the signal eyelid. All the wires fit into the lamp housing and even with the ballast cord sticking out, I was able to fit the lamp cover on with the retainer clip. The ballast itself fits securely against the fender wall with the double sided tape provided with the kit. Even without the tape, the space is so tight that the ballast isnt going to go anywhere.
I took her for a spin around the block after dark and the light output is fantastic. It seems to work with the auto-on setting and drls, as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Its the most simple thing, more simple than I thought it would be. The 6000k HID kit from HIDextra.com is all you need and a little common sense.
I'm also in the process of placing Range Rover style LED rings around all four headlights. At first I feared it might look tacky but if spaced out properly, its a great accent. Get 4x50cm side emitting white LED strips, position them where you want them, then tape off or paint over clusters of 3 LEDs to get the desired effect. In other words, leave one LED, tape over 3, leave one, tape over 3, etc. This way its a nice 2010 Range Rover style instead of looking like a BMW angeleye.

I used to live in Tampa if that makes any difference! Moved to LA about 11 years ago.
Another nice thing about the HIDextra kit is that it works perfectly with the daytime running lights and auto-on feature, even though they say it wont. Just be super careful not to touch the actual bulb with your bare fingers during installation, the oils could ruin it. Also it helps to completely remove the back cover off the headlamp housing instead of just moving it aside as you would during a regular bulb changing. If you have a good light source illuminating the area, it should be real simple to clamp it back in properly. Let me know if you have any questions.
PS: I forgot to mention they have a discount for JaguarForums members. If youve already placed the order, it might not be too late to inquire.

Yeah I didn't realise how bad Florida was until I moved here. But I'm originally from New York so LA is still like Florida compared to NYC.
My car is an 05 as well, so you should have the DRLs in theory. Do you have the navigation screen? If so, check the System Settings menu and see if itll give you the DRL option. If not, then you might need a software upgrade. But I have no idea how to do the upgrade!
