Default X350 Spark plug replacement

Can anyone advise on the procedure to replace the spark plugs on a 3.0 V6 X350 sport 2003 model? Do I need manifold gaskets? Any special tools required? Any advice would be very helpfull.
Thanks, Dave, Liverpool UK.

The inlet manifold has to come off for one of the cylinder banks (3 plugs). Some people have found you can replace 2 out of the three without doing this, but this is not really the right thing to do !!

You may need a new gasket, but others may advise here. Jaguar interval to replace is 70k miles, but advice is to do earlier, (circa 35-40k) to prevent them seizing up in the head from corrosion.
