X350 Vanden Plas (lambswool) floor mats.
The front mats were missing when I bought my 2006 VDP a few months ago. I would consider either new or also good used ones. Coventry West doesn't have any and I've tried a few other possibilities but come up with nothing. I look on ebay every once in a while but have had no success there. Need the tan color.
Anyone here have these? Or know of a good source to get them?

i have though about buying wool throws from ikea and making my own mats, I would have to shave them down but you can buy them for 29 each. plus they also come in beige that would match my interior. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/sejerby...eige-10449872/

Being financially challenged all my life, i went to where they sell carpet.
They said i could select from the bound samples of the carpet that they no longer have.
They serve the purpose, color is close enough you don't notice them.
The carpet underneath stays clean, they nicely replaced the ones in the 04, which were shot.
They are over top of the ones in the Vanden Plas, which are still in good shape.
When they start to get shabby just get some new ones.

The set from the S type will fit, drivers mat is a bit shorter but aceptable. or budget sheepskin mats from a home improvement shop, take your barber clippers to them to trim the pile and cut to size, drivers mat and a bit off old leather or suede sewn on for a heel pad, Two hours and less than £100 and they look really good.

i realize from your note you need tan color. Unfortunately, I have a brand new set for a previous 2004 VDP in black.
dont know if your 2004 needs new mats or if black
the 2004 VDP was short wheelbase (shorter rear mats, fronts same as long wheelbase). New , full set of 4 in dealer bag - in black

I have had two 2004 VDPs and discovered there was an early mat and a later mat in production. For the early ones, the nap of the mat is longer than the standard XJ but it is not as long as the nap in the later 2004 VDP. The nap on the later 2004 VDPs mats is as long as a 2005 and later. I need the longer nap for my 2006 VDP. And all I actually need is the front mats so it doesn't matter if your mats are for the shorter wheelbase. I still have the correct tan mats in the rear. I realize you want to sell all four mats as a set.
If you can post a picture of the mats I can probably tell if they are the longer or shorter nap.
How much do you want for the set of four?
