Ford anti freeze for the MK3 mondeo Tdci is the same stuff, Ford owned Jag at the time. If you post on the UK forum you will probably get a better response.
The other option is to try Jag direct, the *******s aren't always more expensive. Wierdly the egr for my mondeo was cheaper from Jaguar than Ford for the exact same part, engine was also in the x-type, by quite a significant ammount.

I don't think the colours are standard, they don't really mean anything.
And aluminium engines are fussy about coolant types.
That's why I wanted an actual specific brand and type. I used to use the Comma stuff on my Volvo 850s.

Orange or Yellow
Colors do matter. Manufacturers try to help prevent problems from mixing coolant. Our cars used OAT coolant. Still available. It is orange.
The newer yellow coolant is listed as fully comparable. Also some are 20 year and 250,000 mile service life.
Volkswagon uses a grape color. Toyota a red color. Whatever, do not use the old green antifreeze. It clabbers up when mixed with the newer coolants.
