air suspension adjusting? Can be done?

I have a feeling... well, more then just a feeling... I can actually see that the rear suspension is a bit lower..
(lets say frontal is 4 fingers hight and the rear is 3 fingers high)
besides that, when going over a bump, the rear wheels make a bumpy noise... ideas?
