I saw this in a YouTube video......The gentleman referred to this rear seat with a fixed center arm rest as a “4 seat option” for his X358. I can’t find anything online about this option. I think it would be a great addition to my XJLong. Any tips on where to find this?

This seat arrangement was offered right from the start of the LWB cars, generally on the Daimler and Super V8 models at the top end, the individual seats could recline etc, my Super V8 has reclining rear seats but is SWB and 5 seater with the outer two seats reclining .
There are very few cars around with the 4 seat option as I guess most people needed the middle seat, as I do from time to time.
I suppose it may be possible to find a breakers with the rear set up that you want but might take a long time to find one, you could possibly start calling or emailing breakers to keep their eye out for you and the maybe call you if they have a car come in with the option, of course it would need to be the correct colour so rather like looking for a needle in a haystack,

The seat arrangement is set at build time, and digits 6-7 in the VIN indicate the option.
For example 82, like my car are LWB 4 door, 5 seat, VdP/SV8, while 86 is LWB 4 door, 4 seat Vdp/LWB.
By asking for the VIN, you can determine whether a car you are interested in has the 4 seat option.
I would think that this was an uncommon option.
