Hi, anyone know of any side marker lamp upgrades for the X358 XJ??

Or has anyone got a spare set that they are willing to part with that I could mess around with??

I've been wondering the same thing. My driver side marker lamps do not work. I pullede them, and the bulb connectors are rusted to pieces. Looks like both markers on the driver side have cracked allowing water in to the buld connectors. I need new lenses and connectors.

 

Well I took them out and mounted mounted my side cameras there for a few days
Just drove around with them out and the camera in to see how the location worked.

My plan was to remove the bulb, rill a hole for the lens and plastic weld it in
IE super glue + baking soda = instant plastic weld

Is that what you mean?

PS I also tested other spots but settled on side cameras in the mirrors

Hi, I was more interested if maybe someone has produced clear lenses or similar, but if anyone has a spare set I would be interested in modifying myself. Thanks.
