I have seen references to an XJ X350 Front Suspension Overhaul Kit made by Lemforder. However, I am unable to find it anywhere. Does anyone know if Lemforder still offers this kit? If so, so you know where I can get it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I've never heard of this one, but the parts you need are all available on the internet, and you won't pay Jaguar main dealer prices either. Here's a typical supplier. There is also Rock Auto who I know nothing about, living in England.

Usually one does not replace all the wearing parts in one go on these cars, as some of the bushes struggle to get to 35k miles whilst others will go well over 100k.

 

Thanks Fraser. I saw the individual bushes, etc, but I thought they sold a kit of all of them for the front and rear. I can't do the work myself and I was hoping I could get a set of the bushings for my mechanic. The air suspension was converted to an Arnot coilover a while back but none of the bushings were replaced and they need it now.

There are several offbrand full rebuild kits for the front and rear available. They may be just as good as the factory parts rebuilt mine six years ago and boots and bushings are already cracking and deteriorating.

 

you need to do a visual and tally the broken stuff

ebay arms are good for anything that doesn’t have a ball joint. if your ball joints are still tight, put a new boot on them to extend their life
