Anyone know a cheap option coilover suspension to convert an XJ6 2003 3.0 sport air suspension please?

I have found set Arnot for £850 minimum. However made in China options are much cheaper but only seem to fit 2003 XJ8 and XJR, X350 chassis. Would these fit an x350 chassis XJ6 too?

As far as I know, the chassis is the same; the only difference is between the X350 XJ8 and XJ6 is the engine.

 

You see, the engin size might make the difference. Space & weight etc. I might need something different.

 

I would highly suggest the Arnott C-2290 coil/spring conversion kit if you expect a ride made for a Jaguar.

 

Hi, thank you so much. Its as expensive as almost the car is worth at the moment. I'm looking for a much cheaper option like a Chinese alternative. So an alternative to a set of Arnott C2290 really

 

If you have a look at the Jaguar parts catalogue, you will see that the only difference mentioned for the dampers is comfort or sport version, there is no mentioning of different dampers based on engine size.

This means that dimensionwise the chassis and suspension is exactly identical for all engine types.
