If there is antifreeze spray in the engine bay, then sounds like you do have a leak. If you can get access to a pressure tester (around here most auto parts stores will loan you one), I'd test it yourself for leaks. Until you find the source of the leak, you're in the dark as to a cure.

If you can't get a pressure tester, then find a service shop that will pressure test it (someplace other than the dealer that didn't diagnose it properly the first time). Any shop, not just a Jag specialist, should have a coolant pressure tester.

Pardon me for sounding simple, but could your expansion tank cap be the culprit?? This would explain why the dealership did not ID the leak as the pressure tester usually is in the form of a dummy pressure cap with an air valve adapter on it for charging. If your cap is dumping pressure at 3 psi instead of 12 or so psi then problem solved. Slapping the techs upside the head at the dealership if this is the case is your call.
