XJR Aftermarket suspension?

Hey guys, i took my 2004 XJR to jaguar to diagnose all the bugs that were wrong with it. Must say they are great there. I have an air suspension fault reading, and its apparently because my rear right strut is leaking. It has the Jaguar CATS suspension, and they quoted me $1400 to repair. I obviously would like it a little cheaper, and have seen a few suspension components online for roughly 250 after core charge. I also do a lot of work on cars myself. I was wondering if these parts JAGUAR Air Suspension Parts - XJ Series 2004-2010 XJ Series would work on my car. I dont want to buy something and find out i have the entirely wrong suspension. It says it fits my car, but i'm not entirely sure. Any and all help would be highly appreciated! Thanks!

Those will fit your car according to all Ive read on this site and Arnott's. I just installed the Arnott air compressor on my 2004 XJ8, as alot of ppl have here. Arnott will want your vin# to verify comfort or sport suspension. Ours are comfort. These are what I would order if I had a airshock failure. The air bladder is new, the core is used but tested and shock has lifetime warranty. If my info is correct. Dak888

Thank you! That is just what i wanted to hear. I'll check my VIN and place an order tomorrow. Is going about changing the shock much like changing a regular shock? Or is it more involved. I have done suspensions before, but mostly on muscle cars. Anyone know where i can see some instructions?

Jaguar XJ8 Air Suspension Conversion (pt 1) - YouTube
This is a video for Blackdog Manuf. they have a conversion kit. Im not interested in it @ this time, but it is a good video to look @ for removal.
Search though the threads under suspension to get R/R airshock procedure. Ride sensor info is very important, can't overextend control arm w/sensor attached.
