Default XJR will not crank

I have a 2004 Jaguar XJR that recently had a belt failure. I backed the car into my garage under its own power to work on the belt and cracked radiator. Now after replacing belt and radiator car will not crank. The car can not be shifted out of park and the indicator lights on the shifter do not light up. I have manually released the shifter and tried to start in neutral but no success. I can hear relays working when I turn the ignition but that is all. I have put in a couple of fully charged batteries and still no response. I have looked at some of the error codes that the car has but none have led me to any great conclusions. Have checked the inertia switch and that does not require reset. I know the fact that the shift indicator does not light up must mean something but so far the search of other posting here have only referenced this marginally.

Suggest you read this earlier thread
"Won't shift from park?"
and see if the Neutral Safety Switch and/or the Body Processing Module are/is the cause of your problem.
