I checked a bunch of tires online and I found the Quatrac Pro from VREDESTEIN. The reviews are excellent. It is a 4 season tire.
Anyone ever bought these tires? They are around 200$ a piece.

 

No experience, but from the reviews I plan on picking up a set within the next month or so.

 

I don't have experience with this model Verdestein but I'm not very satisfied with Verdestein tires I bought for my wife's Forrester. They have the 3 Peak designation and I thought they'd be great in the snow, but they seem no better than regular all seasons. In addition they have VERY thin sidewalls and one can feel the tires bounce on the road.

I just bought Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 for my super V8 and the difference between any other tire is night and day. They are the best tires I've owned and I bought them on the advice of my mechanic.

Cost is 178 on either Tire Rack or Simple Tire. Tire Rack is the better deal as the price includes road hazard protection. Both are free shipping.

I’ve had Blzzak and Conti winter tires. High marks for both. That said, my next set will be Vredensteins.

 

Will be watching other's input . I sadly bought a set of cheap C@@per that were recommended by my local tire shop. Good tire shop , but rough C@@per Ze@n tires .
