I've heard the clips are notorious about breaking. Any tips/tricks to remove the trim?
Mine has a couple small hail dents I'd like to have repaired, but haven't tried to remove the stainless trim for fear of creating a bigger job if some/all of the clips break.

Once all the screws were removed I just took a big plastic pry tool (I used a trim fastener removal tool to pry them out)
Installation is just making sure the clips that go into the slots on the bumper are all lined up and lightly tapping the chrome into place. I used some of the screws to help pull the chrome strips into place once they were close enough and lined up with the screw holes.

Same as above, except that it might be no harm to renew the screws while you're at it, or at least have some replacements to hand. They are longer than needed and I found many of them to be corroded, to the extent that the heads just disintegrated in some cases.
The bumper needs to be removed and the little clips are tough enough, as they are metal, but it was the screws that caused me grief.

To remove the front bumper is pretty much a two (three if you include pulling the bumper off) step process. You first have to remove the 2 bolts from underneath the secure it onto the bumper struts.
Second step is to disconnect the wire harness on both the driver and passenger side. Should be right behind the fender guard right in front of each wheel. If the car was on ramps or jack stands it would be easy to see the harness from underneath.
After that, the bumper just slides right off.
