ABS issue after rear driver speed sensor replaced
So over the weekend I replaced my rear driver shocks but in the process of that, I broke the abs speed sensor and this morning I got a replacement and put it in. Now after the new sensor is in when I'm about to come to a full stop (about 3-5mph) my brake pedal pulsates and I think I hear the pump making some sort of grinding noise.
There are no dash lights on (When the speed sensor was broken the traction/abs light were on and my speedometer wasn't working)
Is there something I missed or screwed up while installing the new sensor that's causing my ABS to act up?

Your symptoms certainly point to a lazy sensor. Was it a used replacement?
I would check that the new sensor is correctly seated. The sesnor area is prone to corrosion and may be sitting at a slight angle? Also check that no debris has found its way on to the ABS ring - blow it out with an air line if you can.
Only suggestions I have really other than it's a faulty replacement part.

Thanks for the reply. I was actually able to fix it last night when I got home.
What you suggested was exactly correct. The part wasn't bad but I decided to add a the o ring gasket from the old sensor thinking it would help the water from getting into the sensor and causing it to corrode faster but the extra thickens I guess threw the abs sensor out of whack even though there wasn't any dashlights
