It's hard to say here but of the top off my head I dare day it might be as simple as a wheel sensor /solenoid or as diffas a full ABSsystem replacement . You better have the dealer check the codes for you. I don't know how to pull the codes from your PCM using on boarddiagnostics

"Kicks Out" I assume you mean you get a fault indication. The ABS system checks all the wheel sensors for corelation at 12 mph. So, you eithe rhave a wheel sensor problem, wiring problem (check the wheel sensor connectors) or the module. Dealer type software of AutoEnginuity with Jag extensions will indicate speed at each sensor and show abs codes. Other than that, you can chack with a scope or check each sensor foro equal resistance. Or do like some folks and take a vote and start replacing stuff until you find it or run out of money or interest!
