AC Volume not strong when blowing. RESTRICTED AIR FLOW
My AC on my 96 XJ6 is ice cold, but does not blow as strong as it should. Both blowers work. driver side blower is new, and pass side is about 4 years old. The air feels restricted like if the vents are only open half way. When it gets to be about 95 degrees outside here in Florida it feels like its not even blowing, but when its night time and its only in the 70's it feels much better. Anyone know where I could be looking at? Anyone have the same issue?

Sounds like to me that you have something in the recirculating vent that sucks air from the cabin (Usually in the foorwell on passenger side on most cars). If you have "auto" selection then when it gets down to the mid 70's the system switches to outside air instead of recirc. and would be pulling air from a different part of the system.
I have had many a car suck up a paper napkin from some fast food place that had fallen into the footwell that caused this same thing.
BUT then again, it's a Jag so who knows LOL
