AJ16 Custom Mods, ITB, Coilpacks and more!
Hello,
I am working on ITB setup for AJ16 using BMW M3 ITB.
The adapter will be around 10mm thick and injectors should be closer to intake port then stock.
This ITB is designed to work with DBW as well, really neat setup

Quick Design, the ITB size matches the port perfectly. Biggest issue is bottom left bolt on the head doesnt give space for the ITB bolt, easy and quick solution is to weld the head and redrill it to match ITB

If I can source a AJ16S then I could look into how the SC is fitted to the intake manifold and possibly design something better
Personally I'd like to see some work done on the head that would benefit everyone, cams especially. I'd like the engine to be around 325hp NA, seeing as the 4.2L I6 from Chevy outputs nearly 300hp

SC routing is a big mess. Sort of like an @ sign. Easier to see with pics, but basically air comes in the MAF, up over top the intercooler in the nice "XJR6" decorative piece*, down behind the intercooler*, then forward underneath the intercooler to the throttle body, recirculating valve, supercharger, out the supercharger underneath the MAF, through a tube under the MAF tube to the intercooler, finally into the intercooler which splits it to the 6 runners.
*The 2 cast pieces here are not even remotely round, they're like squarish shaped cross sections.
