Default Alarm/Central Locking Problem

For some reason I can't get my key fob programmed and the alarm doesn't seem to go into learning mode. I checked the security fuse and it's fine. The remote batteries are good too. The Lock switch near the clock lites up red,I have trunk lights too. I don't have any central locking or trunk release. It previously worked but now I have nothing. I've tried to program the key fob with the trunk and drivers door open and ignition to the "on" position but I don't get a chirp after rocking the valet switch five times. Is there something I am missing, like another fuse or relay. Should I replace the security module? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Default

Went to the Pull a Part salvage yard today and picked up another Security Module. Swapped the modules over and all is working great. My center console Lock button functions properly, locking and unlocking the doors and closing the windows when you hold it in. My trunk release on the dash works as well as the trunk Growler button. I was also able to program my remote to operate the alarm system. Just a few more little minor things to finish on the car but this made my day and all for the cost of $17 for the module.
