Anyone fitted a fuel pressure take off point to their fuel rail?

I have fitted a permanent Fuel pressure Gauge to the 5/16 fuel hose going to the fuel rail on my XJR as shown in photo attached.
Purchased was a Speco (Australian brand) small fuel pressure gauge for EFI, cost A$40, plus a 5/16 to 5/16 barbed fitting with a 1/8npt port to screw the gauge into. Just a matter of cutting the line inserting the barbed fitting with gauge already screwed in. Installation has been on my vehicle for several years, no problems, leaks etc. & you have ready reference check for fuel pressure when experiencing running problems. Just lift the hood & check.

Finally got round to fitting a fuel pressure gauge, £21 from eBay, Reads round about 40psi when pump is priming and approx 32psi at tickover with a cold engine. Plumbed it in to flexible hose from fuel rail. I've attempted to add some pics but having never done this before I don't hold out much hope! Nope, think I've done it!

Its just an aftermarket universal adjustable one with gauge (found it on eBay), they are well used in the custom scene, so as my regulator was a bit "dodgy" thought I may as well replace it with this one.
Plus it looks funky!
Doubt it will stay there as I'm not massively happy with its location, so havn't made up the stainless AN6 hoses yet or a decent looking bracket.
